Spc. James French of New Waverly, Texas, an infantryman with Company G, 3rd Squadron, 2nd Stryker Cavalry Regiment, stationed out of Vilseck, Germany, talks to an Iraqi boy during a clearing operation in Baghdad’s East Rashid District Sept. 21.
