Resourceful, desperate militants turning to household materials to make explosives

BAGHDAD — U.S. soldiers are reporting finding more and more roadside bombs packed with homemade explosives instead of artillery rounds, indicating that Iraqi insurgents may be running out of military-grade ammunition.
