‘We can rebuild it’

Lt. Col. Robert McAleer, commander of Fires Squadron, 2nd Stryker Cavalry Regiment and native of Sequim, Wash., and Jack Myer from the United States Agency for International Development and native of Boston, discussed the events that took place during July 2006 where the town of Shiabat was destroyed as a result of sectarian violence. Shiabat is located northwest of Baghdad.
