BOISE — A second Treasure Valley soldier died supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom in recent days.
Department of Defense officials confirmed that Army Sgt. Michael T. Lilly of Boise died in Sadr City when enemy forces attacked using a rocket-propelled grenade.
