The oldest and youngest Soldiers of 2nd Stryker Cavalry Regiment, assisted by the DCO on the left and the RCSM on the right, cut into the 2nd SCR birthday cake at the 172nd Annual 2nd SCR birthday celebration held on Forward Operating Base Warhorse on May 23. The two are supposed to represent the past and a future vitality of the cavalry regiment.

2nd Stryker Cavalry Regiment Soldiers bow their heads in prayer at the 172nd Annual 2nd SCR’s Birthday Celebration. The Soldiers were taking a moment to remember and honor their fallen comrades who made the ultimate sacrifice for their country in past and present conflicts.
