Brigadier General Robert B. Abrams, USA FORSCOM, has announced that he is appointing CSM Victor Martinez, 74th Regimental Command Sergeant Major, as temporary Command Sergeant Major of Fort Irwin and the National Training Center, replacing CSM Robert A. Moore on the 19th of June, 2009.
BG Abrams stated the appointment could be upwards of 6 months, until a permanent replacement for CSM Moore is found.
