Samuel H. Yelvington, Troop F, Ft. Meade, Md., 1955

SFC (retired) Samuel H. Yelvington passed away 25 October 2009 at 5:04 pm. He was surrounded by his family, Geraldine Yelvington, his wife of 62 years, daughters Sandra, Arnetta and Constance, sons Mickel and Ronald, and grandchildren Wesley, Justin, Jason, and Kristen.

CSM (ret) Mike Besozki passes to Fiddler’s Green

CSM (ret) Mike Basozki, born January 5, 1929, passed away December 31, 2009.
Mike was born in Jefferson Township, PA. Shortly thereafter, the Basozki family moved to Windsor Heights, W. VA, where Mike grew up. 3 days after Mike’s 17th birthday, Mike enlisted in the Regular U.S. Army on January 8, 1946.

VILSECK, Germany – (22 April, 2009) – Spc. William Sullivan II, 23, from Oceanside, Ca. was assigned to H Company, 3rd Squadron, 2nd Stryker Cavalry Regiment stationed in Vilseck, Germany. Spc.
